How one client went from stalled to strategic

A SaaS start up client with less than 50 employees and $5M in recurring revenue needed support to scale their operations, formalize their sales processes and go-to-market strategy, as well as modernize their technology platforms.  They brought in three fractional executives, a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) 2x per week, a Chief People Officer (CPO) 12 hours per week and a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) one day per week.

Additional Project Details

Fractional CRO: Rebuilt sales pipeline, implemented HubSpot CRM, defined go-to-market strategy

Fractional CTO: Migrated platform to AWS cloud, implemented DevOps best practices and accelerated release cycle

Fractional CPO: Designed first formal performance management system, improved the DEI hiring practices and set up scalable onboarding

After 9 Months:  

  • 70% growth on Annual Recurring Revenue
  • Sales Pipeline Coverage increased 3.5x vs 1.8x prior to Fractional Execs
  • Voluntary Employee Turnover went from 18% to 8%
